1. Once your clinic receives your hearing aids -- within 5 business days after your order is placed -- they will call you to schedule an appointment for full customization and delivery, in person. 6. Training and counseling you on how to properly wear and maintain your devices, what to expect while getting accustomed to the hearing aids, and other necessary information.
